**The Role**
Within the Directorate of Estate & Land Management (DELM), the APS6 Performance & Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the EMOS performance and assurance reporting aspects associated with the delivery of Estate Upkeep (EU) and Land Management (LM) products through the Base Services contract.

The APS6 Performance & Engagement Manager is assigned an EMOS contractor to manage and acts as the secretariat for monthly performance meetings and the collaborative Collective workshop between DELM and the respective EMOS contractors.

The APS6 Performance & Engagement Managers are accountable to ensure they have detailed knowledge and understanding of deliverables under the base services contracts for EU and LM and their associated KPI reporting requirements.

**About our Team**
The Performance & Engagement team within the Directorate of Estate & Land Management is a team of 4 (Assistant Director and 3 x APS6) that manages performance and assurance reporting requirements across the Directorate for Estate Upkeep and Land Management service delivery under the base service contracts.

The team analyses monthly reporting from each EMOS contractor to ensure reporting is in line with deliverable obligations under the base services contracts. Where deficiencies occur they are responsible for engaging with the respective contractor to address reporting shortfalls.

The team engages across the directorate with the respective teams on reporting by the EMOS for areas applicable to them to ensure awareness and opportunity to follow up on areas of concern.

The Performance & Engagement team is also responsible for producing a monthly performance dashboard monthly providing an overview summary of contractor performance for the 3 contractors.

The Directorate of Estate & Land Management (DELM) is looking for someone who is a self-starter, uses their initiative with the ability to be an effective team player contributing to team and directorate goals and objectives.
