The Agile Maintenance business sits alongside the Alloggio Group’s core asset management divisions, Holiday Homes and Mixed Accommoda on
(hotels, motels, tourist parks, etc). Co-coordina ng general maintenance, landscaping, hor culture, housekeeping and cleaning services, along with the supply and distribu on of linen, Agile Maintenance has been posi oned to be a vital complement to Alloggio’s core businesses in-region, as well as being a profit centre in and of itself by providing these services to third party

Repor ng to the Agile Head of Performance with sound support from
Alloggio’s central support and func onal leadership teams, you will be supported in delivering on work outcomes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Produc on Manager is responsible for managing linen and laundry opera ons, ensuring op mum efficiency, quality and customer sa sfac on. You will have a passion for mo va ng a diverse team of individuals and deliver outstanding service, training and support.

The Produc on Manager is required to ensure opera onal best prac ce is adhered to, demonstrate ini a ve, take ownership and effec vely be able to sequence, coordinate and organise their day whilst maintaining extremely high standards of customer service in a fast paced environment, with the ability to work well under pressure, especially throughout peak holiday seasons and weekends.

Agile.

**Day to Day Responsibili es**
- Crea ng and adhering to workplace health and safety policies. Repor ng any incidents to senior management immedietly.
- Keeping laundry clean and dy
- Supervision, training, and daily management of the team (roster, shi covering).
- Coordina ng work assignments
- Overseeing and undertaking the laundering of linen, as required.
- Safe use of laundry equipment and machinery including trolleys, washing machines, dryers and ironer
- Collec on and delivery of linen to major city vendors as required
- Ensuring that goods are produced for the customer on me and to the right quality standard every day;
- Using available technology and communica ons strategies to plan, direct, monitor and control the laundry ac vi es to ensure that daily targets are achieved;
- Working with supervisors and available performance data to ensure that staff are performing at the required efficiency and quality level to meet the needs of the customers;
- Working in partnership with the Head of Performance to ensure customer feedback is ac oned effec vely and efficiently in line with Service Excellence targets;
- Working in partnership with the maintenance vendor's for the efficient running of all machinery and maximum up
- me as well as any adhoc or programmed projects that may occur from me to me;
- Full people management responsibili es for the Produc on team including recruitment, induc on, ongoing coaching / training and pro-ac ve performance feedback to ensure that all team members are working at the required standard;
- Responsible for ensuring guidelines of WHS Management / Housekeeping are followed
- Managing online orders and responding accordingly, ensuring orders are dispatched correctly and within set meframe
- Office administra on, invoicing and maintaining client files as required including chasing all outstanding debtors
- Create processes and document workflows

- Current Drivers license
- Full working rights in Australia
