**The role**:
As an HR Business Partner at HelloFresh, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring we create an environment that is compliant, engaging, and performance-driven. You'll partner with business units to provide expert advice on people-related matters, guiding leaders on employee engagement, performance, conduct, and industrial relations. In addition, you'll contribute to organisation-wide initiatives that drive efficiency, modernise people practices, and enhance our organisational capability. Through strategic collaboration with teams across the business, you'll ensure we foster an empowered and high-performing workforce.

**What you'll do**:
- You will be the main point of contact, offering HR generalist advice and managing employee and industrial relations matters to mitigate risk, improve performance, and coach leaders on effective people management.
- You will collaborate with the business on restructures, helping to identify potential risks, consequences, and implications.
- By providing guidance on complex visa and policy matters, you'll ensure compliance and the best outcomes for both individuals and the organisation.
- You'll assist with communicating key people-related information and help drive global harmonisation of people initiatives.
- Additionally, you'll support managers in developing and implementing actions that enhance performance, engagement, and retention.
- You will also lead and support People Operations projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness, while ensuring that policies, procedures, and training programs enhance organisational capability.
**What you'll bring**:
- At a minimum, you have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline, and experience in a Human Resources advisory or business partnering role.
- You have a proven ability to manage employee or industrial relations matters and are experienced in leading people-related projects and programs.
- You possess strong skills in guiding managers through organisational changes, compliance matters, and performance management processes.
- Your proactive and strategic mindset allows you to work closely with diverse stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment with our overarching people and business goals.
