With increasing demand for our expertise, we are growing our Sydney and Melbourne team and seeking a proactive and dynamic 360 Sales Recruiter to join us.

**About the Role**

As a 360 Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with Australia’s most innovative startups and businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and nurturing strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted sales advisor.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our client base through strategic networking and relationship-building.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure outstanding results and uphold Think&Grow’s reputation for excellence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A proven track record in 360 recruitment, ideally in sales or the startup sector.
- Brings 5+ years of experience in sales / recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Thrives in a self-driven, results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving goals.
- Is passionate about supporting the growth of startups and scale-ups.

Pay: $51,438.84 - $110,004.18 per year
