**About the role and company;**

Our client is a leading Wet and Dry Fire service and construction contractor who has been building at a rapid rate with long serving contracts with prominent builder and facilities management contractors.

Due to growth and an influx in new service contracts they are seeking an experienced Contract Operations Manager to join their growing Wet & Dry Fire service team.

They offer a highly collaborative working culture, promoting a positive workplace, WFH options, no micromanagement and the ability to manage your staff with your management style " you won't be just another number ".

**Your day to day duties are but not limited to;**
- Managing the wet and dry fire portfolio
- Pricing and developing new contracts
- Managing a team consisting of dry and wet fire technicians, apprentices, admin staff and invoicing.
- Managing clients and on site contractors
- Training and development of apprentices
- Working with multi trades, senior management and internal staff
- On site meetings
- Managing safety and OHS

**Selection Criteria;**
- Trade qualified
- Valid drivers license
- Two recent references
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Understanding of OHS
