**The Organisation**
Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical businesses in Australia, led by a desire to improve the quality of life of their customers. Having recently gone through a merger this is an exciting time to join this company that is continuing to grow and working to create one shared strategy. They are seeking a HRBP to join their organisation to support a designated client group.

**The Role**
Reporting directly into the people and culture manager in a large and supportive HR team you will work across two business sites. This role will encompass all generalist activities as well as supporting the P&C Manager with the development and embedding of their people strategy. You will have responsibility for coaching and empowering internal managers and promoting best practice for people management across the organisation. You will also manage complex employee relations queries, providing expert advice to managers and conducting investigations when required.

**The Criteria**
To be successful in securing this role, you must have proven HR generalist experience in which you have develop strong internal consulting and influencing skills. You will be confident at working autonomously or as part of a team and have excellent relationship building and communication skills. Ideally you will be confident analysing management reports and have extensive experience across the follow areas: employer relations, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment and organisational development.
