**Some of the specifics**
- Telstra Store Castle Hill - Shop 241, Castle Towers Shopping Centre, Castle Hill NSW 2154
- Store Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday 9:00am - 9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Multiple Casual Positions Available

**Duties**
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
