We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, music-obsessed **Customer Service Superhero** to join our awesome team at **Castle Towers in Castle Hill**

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- **Minimum 1 year of retail experience** - must be from an independent retailer, boutique, or specialty store (no hospitality or grocery please)
- Proven ability to work **towards sales and performance targets**:

- Able to confidently work **independently**, including opening/closing and running the store solo when needed
- **Strong music knowledge**, especially in **rock and metal** - you _live and breathe_ this scene
- Solid understanding of pop culture - from gaming and anime to cult TV, movies, and comics
- Naturally friendly, with the ability to **build customer relationships** with ease
- Excellent **organisational and prioritisation skills**:

- A proactive and positive **‘can-do’ attitude**:

- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Comfortable with **basic computer skills** (MS Word, Excel, POS systems)
- Experience using **social media platforms** (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) for commercial accounts to engage audiences and support store growth is a big plus

**Availability**:

- You must be available to work minimum **3-5 weekdays**, Monday to Friday
- Shifts are **9:30 AM to 5:30 PM**:

- This is a **part-time** or **casual** position (no weekend work required)

Pay: $45,747.30 - $78,455.46 per year

Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
