**Are you a Personal Care Worker looking to secure a permanent position within a leading national not-for-profit Aged Care provider?** With an abundance of career progression opportunities, our client is seeking PCAs from all levels of experience to provide support to their residents in their Aged Care facilities based in
**Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.**

You will be working with a fantastic multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the Aged Care residents, observing changes in residents’ conditions and escalating any concerns.

This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about Aged Care and want to better their skills and knowledge to further develop in their careers.

**Your duties will include**:

- Residential Aged Care facilities located across Greater Melbourne
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
