**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **personal care assistance**, including showering, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with **feeding and hydration**, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Perform **bed and linen changes**, repositioning, and maintaining client comfort.
- Support with **continence care** and maintaining hygiene routines.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health or wellbeing.
- Maintain a **clean and safe environment** for the client.
- Engage with the client respectfully, promoting dignity and independence wherever possible.

**Requirements**:

- Must be **female** (client preference for personal care needs).
- Previous experience in **aged care, disability, or personal support** preferred.
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** and **Working with Children Check**.
- Valid **First Aid and CPR certificate**.
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination (recommended).
- Reliable and punctual, with a caring and professional attitude.

**Desirable**:

- Certificate III or IV in **Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)**.
- Manual handling training.
- Experience working with **bedridden or high-support clients**.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
