We are looking for experienced trades personnel who have sound knowledge of building to join our Asset Services division in carrying out general building maintenance and small project carpentry works on various sites.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Provide quality maintenance services to our clients.
- Taking ownership of Maintenance tasks and performing them to the clients satisfaction
- Supervision and co-ordination of subcontract trades and Mykra labour when required to assist in maintenance projects
- Maintaining standards of customer service and quality

**You must have**:

- Trade background in Carpentry or Joinery preferred but previous history of building maintenance will also be considered
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Hold a current or be able to obtain a Police Clearance and Working With Children Check
- Display good communication skills
- White Card

**Desirable**:

- First Aid Certificate
- Supervisor's Registration
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Elevated Work Platform Ticket
