Adelaide, Australia Property Maintenance SA Full time

$30 - $35 per hour plus allowances and incentives.

We are looking for a multi skilled person to join our team.

This position could also suite someone who is semi-retired.

Some training & ongoing support is provided.

Areas we work are primarily from Salisbury to Goolwa (majority being from Morphett Vale to Prospect) with the office & workshop being at Hackham.

Some of the tasks required may include, but are not limited to:

- General “handyman” maintenance items
- Carpentry
- Tiling and grouting
- Fencing
- Painting
- Paving repairs
- Silicon sealing
- Plaster board repairing
- Minor plumbing
- Guttering and storm water

through to complete renovations.

The position would be for 2-3 days per week for trial period then could increase.
- Basic tools (all "specialist equipment" is provided if/when required.)
- Current driver’s license
- Own vehicle
- ABN (Or willing to get one)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience in residential building maintenance / repairs / renovations.

And:

- Work well unsupervised
- Be able to problem solve
- Have basic skills using Apps on a tablet or phone
- Present themselves professionally

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
