**The world needs more Intrepid people**:
At Intrepid the role of a Program Manager goes beyond traditional project management. Within our agile environment, you will nurture a culture of delivering strategic value, continuous improvement, collaboration, and change readiness all while delivering on your program roadmap.

You’ll work closely with Executive Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Technology teams to deliver value to the business. Working across several organisational levels, you will support prioritisation and alignment to achieve strategic objectives.

In this role you will plan, oversee, and lead the delivery of value from start to finish, using your experience working with high level stakeholders and outcome driven leaders to collaborate, influence and negotiate successful delivery of change.

This is a full-time 2 year fixed-term position based out of our HQ on Collins Street with the flexibility to work some days from home.

**Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes**:

- Strong understanding of program management, change management and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, planning and management skills at a strategic level and the ability to work both strategically and operationally (hands on) within the business.
- Ability to translate strategic plans into specific objectives, and to create and execute roadmaps to achieve objectives.
- Motivate and empower cross functional squads to ensure successful delivery of value.
- Strong Program governance experience.
