John Holland Seymour Whyte Joint Venture (JHSWJV) have been successfully awarded the contract for the design and construction of Sydney Gateway Stage 1 and Stage 3. The project includes 5 kilometres of new road, 19 bridges and close to 3 kilometres of active transport links.

Benefits of the project include increasing road capacity at Sydney Airport, for both domestic and international airports. As well as assisting traffic links to Port Botany and St Peter’s interchange.

**Stage 1**: International Terminal and Qantas Drive connection - a new high-capacity road connection, linking the Sydney Motorway network at St Peter’s Interchange with Sydney Airport and Qantas Drive.

**Stage 3**:Domestic Terminal access - an arterial road connection and flyover to Sydney Airport’s Domestic Terminals. This Stage includes improvements to existing roads, to relieve congestion and improve connectivity to Sydney Airport Domestic Terminals and towards Port Botany.

**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced **Site Administrator** or **Senior Site Administrator** to provide administrative support to the project. Day to day tasks and activities will include but not be limited to the below.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure claims and invoices are assessed and processed in line with contracts and under the Security of Payment Act (SOPA)
- Manage subcontracts including preparing and issuing variations and notices
- Provide administrative support including coordination and management of plant and docket register
- Creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, and reports

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Ideally, experience in a similar role within a Tier 1 construction industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and organise workload and have a willingness to learn.
