**Position: Roster Coordinator**
As a Roster Coordinator at Premier Disability Care Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of our clients.
- Coordinating and scheduling shifts for our support workers, considering their skills, availability, and client requirements.
- Responding to rostering requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Liaising with clients, support workers, and other team members to address scheduling issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitoring and managing staff attendance, leave requests, and timesheets.
- Collaborating with the HR team to recruit and onboard new support workers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of rostering activities.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in roster coordination or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in rostering software or systems.
- Familiarity with disability support services and relevant regulations (desirable).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.33 - $56.55 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brunswick, VIC 3056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
