About the Team
The Operations Service Delivery Support team, manage high-volume, back-office registration services, payment errors and business client transactions, as well as customer complaints. The team supports all front-line customer channels, including the Customer Service Centres, Contact Centre, digital channel and the agency network.
About the Opportunity
Working in our Service Delivery Support business, the Team Leader - Business Client Support & Transfers leads a high transactional touch-point team to provide registration transfers, fleet management and partner services to a broad range of stakeholders and the Victorian public. The role is fast paced, requiring both attention to detail and the ability to investigate and analyse issues as they arise. It supports 6 permanent staff members, who complete over 70K transactions per year.
About You
- Encourage and support team members to think creatively in order to build innovation and achievement focused culture.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with team members to create a cooperative team environment
- Uses conceptual and analytical skills to develop solutions, but seeks advice when needs to, to ensure actions are appropriate to situation
- Exercise professional judgement to respond to customers in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
