
Sales & Enterprise Account Manager

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Director & General Manager of Enterprise for APAC to identify and target potential enterprise and franchise group customers for MRI Software.
- Drive new business acquisition by effectively presenting and articulating the value proposition of MRI Software solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, manage the sales process, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Grow existing customer relationships by understanding their business needs and promoting additional MRI Software products and services to increase their share of wallet.
- Serve as a local leader for the Victorian office, fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
- Attend industry functions, conferences, and networking events as directed to build relationships and promote MRI Software's brand and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, account management, and product development, to provide feedback and insights from the market to drive product enhancements and innovation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in solution sales, ideally within the real estate industry or software sales.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of SaaS software sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, real estate, etc.) preferred.
