You have a healthy competitive spirit and a passion for achieving targets. - You have a passion for customer service and success - You have experience in recruitment or simular experience in a customer facing role - You are all about building long term relationships with clients, based on trust and honesty, you uphold ethical practices - You feel energised by people, are curious about them and enjoy delighting them with your service - You're not afraid of hard work to reach your goals, but you like to have a good time, too As a future Recruitment Specialist, you'll build and nurture relationships with existing government clients, no cold calling or business development required **What you'll get in return** Where should we start? - This role is salaried and commission based.
