ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in our global client's corporate office in North Sydney, you will work independently and also receive support from our Security Supervisor (Paul). The role is a mix of reception officer duties, security patrols, record keeping, access control, CCTV monitoring, and facilities management. This is a people-facing role where the use of technology is key - so we are looking for someone with previous corporate security experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, neat and tidy personal presentation, and exemplary customer service skills.

**Responsibilities of the position include**:

- Use of the telephone system and internal message system, book and set up meeting rooms, coffee machine maintenance, and general office management.
- Stock management of stationary supplies and kitchen items.
- Provide visitor passes to guests and assist with the visitor sign-in process.
- Manage inbox and phone enquiries.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, including courier deliveries and collections, and provide courier access.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the site, in-line with designated patrol routes, and maintain records or patrols and incidents on site.
- Monitor site access control systems and CCTV.
- First Aid Officer and Fire Warden duties.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a NSW Class 1 Security Licence
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Qualification (CPR must have been renewed in the past 12 months).
- Experience with CCTV and using access control systems.
- Computer literacy and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with people at all levels of an organisation.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a 30-minute online interview via Google Meet with 2 members of our Security Team.
You will also need to complete and pass a pre-employment medical assessment which includes drug and alcohol screening.
Upon passing, you'll receive an employment contract plus a final set of Onboarding Forms to complete.
