**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and confident leader to join our rapidly growing team for an exciting and diverse role. Managing a team you will be relentless in challenging yourself and every team member to ensure safe working conditions and first-class outcomes to our client.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Managing projects to be delivered on time and within budget
- A full understanding of WH&S Site compliance
- A high standard of personal integrity, self-discipline, and responsibility
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
- Management of all Sub-contractors associated with the project
- Ongoing WIP log to be prioritised, maintained and monitored.
- Be able to respond in a timely manner to all requests.
- Efficiently manage trade / labour resources to complete works.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Trade background or trade-related experience highly regarded
- Proven ability to work within a team environment and communicate well with others
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office & Project Management Software
- Procurement experience will be held in high regard
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to organise, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage continuous change.
- Good communication skills with a focus on control and resolution
- A valid Drivers Licence
- White Card
