**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team, supporting the delivery of capital works for a high-profile government client. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team delivering essential public sector infrastructure.
**Security Clearance Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**:

- ** Must hold an active Australian Government security clearance (Baseline or above)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide end-to-end financial, project, and administrative support across multiple projects
- Manage and reconcile project budgets and ensure accurate reporting and financial tracking
- Raise and manage purchase orders, including PAFs and RFPOs
- Prepare and coordinate client-facing financial reports and related documentation
- Assist with handover/takeover(HOTO) reporting, and support on-site activities such as building inspections as required
- Contribute to business development support, including proposal preparation, presentation materials, and updates to internal databases
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience in project coordination with strong financial management capabilities
- Procore expertise is mandatory
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, or built environment sectors
- Proficiency in corporate systems such as JDE, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Previous experience supporting public sector or government infrastructure projects is highly desirable
