**About the Role**
BGC Credit Services is currently seeking an experienced Credit Officer on a full time Max Term Contract to join the team based at our Hazelmere office in delivering general support, covering all areas of credit management.

Reporting to the Assistant Credit Manager, the key accountabilities and job requirements include:

- Assistance with general credit call collections including receipting, allocating and reconciling.
- Reviewing and releasing client orders.
- Attending to customer queries.
- Assisting the Credit Applications Team

**About you**
To be successful you will need to demonstrate exceptional relationship building skills, service ethic and the ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively. This role would suit someone who has a high level of attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role. You will also have the following:

- Proven experience in credit collection;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple ledgers;
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service;
- Proven ability to prioritise and organise work when there are competing deadlines;
- Strong communication skills with customers and within a team environment;
