Sympli will offer lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions a streamlined and comprehensive technology solution that will seamlessly integrate with existing practices and systems.

**Objective**: Public Affairs Manager is a key public affairs role that will facilitate Sympli’s execution of its public affairs program in order to realise policy outcomes to support Sympli’s strategy. This includes responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the appropriate execution of Sympli’s public affairs program - across all external stakeholders.

Stakeholders include:

- Federal & State Government & Opposition, relevent parliamentary Committees, Inquiries and Consultations
- Industry groups including conveyancers, lawyers
- Government Departments and Regulators
- Shareholders (ATI Group/InfoTrack & ASX)
- Major strategic partners eg banks

Reporting to: Chief Legal & Governance Officer

**Key responsibilities**:

- Development and effective execution of Sympli’s public affairs program
- Aligning Sympli’s stakeholder engagement team, including external Government Relations advisers, on the delivery of stakeholder engagement to support Sympli’s policy issues.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of the collateral and artefacts used by the business to communicate policy issues.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in media, public relations, Government and/or Regulatory Affairs, journalism or communications.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills, across a wide range of stakeholders.
- High level and professional communication skills both written and verbal with the capacity to deal with a variety of stakeholders and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate as part of a broader and diverse team, with ability to work autonomously.
- Prior work experience in a Ministerial Office or the banking, financial services or tech sector is a bonus
