- From customer acquisition, retention to loyalty, you have a proven track record of circa 7 years designing and implementing such CRM strategies on Emarsys.
- Stakeholder relationships is something that comes easy to you, and you enjoy working with the broader marketing team, retail, eCommerce, IT, customer service and despatch teams.
- Data and analytics allow you to A/B test and eliminate road blocks when strategically automating campaigns to drive ROI
- You don’t shy away from metrics to understand customer data base health and purchasing behaviours
- Embracing metrics with unwavering enthusiasm, you unlock the secrets enshrined within the customer database, unraveling the essence of their purchasing behaviours and nurturing the health of the brand-customer relationship.
