We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate and results driven telesales person with strong communication skills & exceptional customer service experience. You must have the ability to call local businesses to follow up PR visits and build new business.
The role involves cold calling and appointment setting for new potential clients and following up appointments.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Calling business contacts
- Build rapport with decision makers.
- Follow up with the decision makers after PR calls have been made, marketing campaigns sent
- Preparing and delivering welcome packs
- Data entry into CRM system (training provided on system)

Requirements and Skills*
- Proven sales experience in outbound B2B telephone sales.
- Outstanding communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Competent computer skills (Outlook and Excel)
- Driven to succeed and able to achieve and exceed targets
- Enthusiastic and self motivated
- Experience in graphic design and marketing services may be an advantage.
