As an **Administration Officer** based at our **Gympie**site, you will be part of a passionate team that helps create opportunities for people with disability to thrive at work. Your role is essential in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, while contributing to a workplace culture centred around people, purpose and possibility.

This is more than just an admin role - it’s an opportunity to help shape positive outcomes for our supported employees and teams through the power of organised, effective, and people-focused administration.

**In this role your responsibilities are to**:

- Provide site-level administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Maintain office supplies, schedules, meeting coordination, and general correspondence.
- Support onboarding of new staff by ensuring systems access and documentation are in place.
- Organise digital and physical filing systems and maintain accurate data entry and records.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and key documents.
- Collaborate with Work Leaders and Site Managers to support the delivery of best outcomes for our supported employees.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, person-centred service delivery, and continuous improvement.

**What you can bring to the team**
- Previous experience in administration or business support roles.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to change.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for purpose-driven work.
