Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for their busy location in Gympie.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
- Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work.
- Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems.
- Keeping records up to date.
- Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and registers
- Reception duties and client assistance.
- Document preparation
**Skills and Experience**:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and have great time management skills.
- Customer Service skills
- Be well presented
- Mature attitude to work within the team as a team player
- Good office administration skills
