AWS Global Sales (AGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth across all of AWS’ customer segments, from small
- to mid-market accounts, to the enterprise.

Key job responsibilities
Responsible for prospecting and new business acquisition for assigned territory
Ability to identify and qualify opportunities, and drive full sales cycle to customer adoption
Ability to articulate and deliver business value that describe AWS services and pricing
Understand the business development process and handle technical objections, while positioning AWS services to meet customer requirements
Partner with the our Mining Business Development team to establish and execute territory go-to-market strategy
Exceed annual sales targets and other key performance metrics
Maintain a prescribed cadence of activities
Stay current on Amazon Web Services products, technology and business technical certifications
Record all customer information and maintain detailed tele-qualification records, in the CRM on each prospective customer

- Experience selling cloud and or SaaS solutions
