**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven HR Coordinator/Advisor experience
- Expert in coaching, dispute resolution, and solutions
- Familiar with local and industry HR laws
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Skill to make impactful decisions inspiring positive outcomes through sound judgment.
- Skilled in building impactful relationships
- Adaptable team player
- Ambiguity-handling capability
- HR degree/qualification preferred
- Proficient in Word and Excel
