Avala Building Group is a vertically integrated property company based in Chatswood, specialising in design-led development, modular construction, and end-to-end project delivery across NSW, QLD, and VIC. We combine architectural innovation with construction efficiency to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and documentation using Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, and AutoCAD
  • Coordinate consultants and manage project workflows from concept to CDC/DA approval
  • Ensure compliance with NSW planning codes and approval pathways
  • Collaborate across design and construction teams to deliver efficient, buildable solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of architectural experience
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with CDC and/or DA processes in NSW
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) communication is highly regarded
