**As the Head of Department - The Arts, you will**:
- Use data informed instructional practice to support every student succeeding.
- Build teachers' capability in using data to provide effective differentiated instruction.
- Implement research based pedagogical practices to increase student engagement.
- Lead the collaborative development of a coherent, sequenced, P-10 Australian Curriculum and Assessment Plan.
- Lead the collaborative development of Teaching and Learning Plans (TLAPs) for all Year 11 and Year 12 Subjects.
- Support the College's Collegial Engagement Policy and align staff capability to professional learning opportunities.
- Be committed to creating a school wide culture of wellbeing, engagement and personal achievement that values diversity, responding to the needs and interests of students and staff.
