**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Product Owner and development team in conducting and optimising the release pipeline by organising features into regular iterations.
- Engage in the SAFe practice to develop and maintain backlog of work to be delivered by the team
- Facilitate and manage the input of all Features and Stories into Jira, Confluence and MS Teams
- Lead planning tasks with product owners, stakeholders, project managers and delivery teams to elicit requirements and delivery priority
- Promote the continuous improvement of both the product and internal team environment using key agile principles
- Continually improve processes and coach the team to higher levels of maturity
- Manage load and capacity of all the resources on the team
- Facilitate and manage the Feature Budgets within the team backlog (inc forecasting)
- Identify, record and manage the risks, dependencies and issues identified within the team
