**Hey there**

We're on the hunt for a spirited and passionate individual to join our Lion Dance Kids family. Don’t worry if you’ve never danced with a lion before - we’re more interested in your energy, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with our young learners aged 4-16.

**A Little About Us**

At Lion Dance Kids, we bring the rich traditions of lion and dragon dance to life for kids and teens aged 5-18. Through fun and interactive workshops, we teach not just the art of the dance but also the stories, music, and crafts that make these traditions so vibrant. Whether it’s Lunar New Year, weddings, or cultural festivals, we aim to build a community where young people can celebrate culture while having a blast

**What You’ll Do**
- Teach groups of 30-100 kids the basics of lion dance, traditional instruments, and storytelling.
- Guide them in engaging arts and crafts activities.
- Assist with workshop setups, including transporting and handling materials.
- Interact with parents and clients, creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere.

**Skills & Qualities We Adore**
- You’re a people-person who connects easily with kids, parents, and teammates.
- You’re reliable, organized, and can keep things running smoothly during classes.
- You have a driver’s license and access to your own car (travel expenses covered).
- You can stay calm, cool, and collected, even when the kids are lively and loud.
- You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and curious about Chinese culture.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience teaching, presenting, or working with kids is a big plus.
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required (or you’re willing to obtain one).
- A young adult who loves culture, community, and creativity (Asian background is a plus but not required).
