**Incursion Hosts & Kids Entertainment Facilitators - Sydney**

**About Us**
At **Disco Kids AU**, we create unforgettable experiences for children through silent disco, bubbles, circus, dance, and interactive workshops. We deliver incursions for schools and vacation care programs, as well as kids’ parties and community events. Our team is passionate about sparking joy, building confidence, and creating memorable experiences for kids across Australia.

**The Role**
We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable, Sydney based, **contractor facilitators** to lead our school holiday workshops, school incursions, kids’ parties, and community activations.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver fun, structured sessions for groups of up to 60 children.
- Facilitate games, dancing, silent disco activities, bubbles, circus or themed workshops (paid training provided).
- Represent Disco Kids professionally when working with schools, centres, and parents.
- Manage set-up/pack down and equipment confidently.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Current **Working With Children Check** (non-negotiable).
- **Driver’s licence and own car** - travel required across Sydney.
- Friendly, engaging, and adaptable personality with the ability to command a group.
- Experience in **performance, dance, acting, teaching, or children’s activities** (highly regarded, but not essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, professional attitude and ability to adapt to the energy and needs of each group.

**Availability & Commitment**
- Must have strong availability in **school holidays**, as you will usually be booked for **two sessions per day (Mon-Fri)**.
- Minimum **6-month commitment** required.
- We are currently seeking **3 new facilitators** to join our Sydney team for the **September/October 2025** and **December/January 2026** school holiday seasons.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $140.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
