**Casual Store Supervisor - The Porter House**

**The Role**:

- The Stores Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stores department, including purchasing, inventory management, and stock control. This role ensures the efficient procurement of goods, proper storage, and accurate stock levels to support operational needs. The supervisor coordinates with suppliers, monitors inventory usage, and maintains records to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize stock discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise daily operations.
- Invoicing
- Oversee purchasing activities, including sourcing and placing orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with other departments to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve procurement issues promptly
