**Casual Wait Staff - Porter House**
- Join a New Culinary Destination at The Porter House Hotel_

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Wait Staff to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver seamless table service in a fine dining setting
- Assist guests with menu and beverage selections
- Ensure all service steps are executed to the highest standards
- Work closely with the FOH team to deliver a smooth guest experience
- Maintain a polished, professional presentation at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid RSA
- Previous experience in a la carte hatted restaurants, or similar
- Exceptional customer service skills - **our number one priority**:

- Team-oriented, reliable and proactive approach
- Knowledge of wine and confidence in service
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a proactive attitude
