**About the Role**

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team at Martinez. As a vital member of our kitchen team, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organisation while supporting the smooth operation of our culinary team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times
- Follow safety and hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $36.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
