**The Role**:
Reporting to the Revenue Manager, this Collections Officer role will focus on the following duties:

- Managing payment plans
- Debtor account reconciliations
- Debtor reporting
- Escalating issues to the legal team

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet a majority of the following criteria:

- 2 to 3 years of debt collection experience from a previous AR/Credit Officer or Collections Officer background
- Strong communication skills
- A sympathetic and sincere approach to making collections calls and building relations with your customer base
- Aged care or health care industry experience will be highly regarded
- Desire to work in a collection’s focused role on a longer-term basis
