**The Role**:
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
- **Cross-Channel Execution**: Work closely with our internal teams on content, ad management, and paid media to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal outcomes.
- **Project Management**: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client projects stay on track and meet expectations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Core Competencies**:

- Digital Strategy: Strong ability to develop comprehensive digital strategies that drive measurable results.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management (agency experience preferred).
- **Technical Skills (Not Required but Advantageous)**:

- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and paid social platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting campaign performance is beneficial.
- **Communication**:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex strategies to clients clearly.
- **Client Management**: Skilled at managing multiple client relationships and driving results.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations for optimisation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensures accuracy in campaign management and reporting.
