Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics or other technical discipline.
- 5+ years of professional supply chain and logistics, operations, and/or e-commerce experience.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
- Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day interactions between Amazon and our transportation partners to improve capacity, quality, speed and cost.
- Analyze and review transportation metrics to bridge performance misses and identify/execute actions to improve performance.
- Participate in, and lead weekly business reviews with internal teams and external transportation partners.
- Coordinate and communicate transportation forecasts with external partners to ensure sufficient capacity.
- Review and manage transportation escalations, identifying and implementing corrective actions where required.

Skills and Abilities
- Ability to drive strong cross-functional engagement with both internal and external teams.
- Track-record of delivering end-to-end projects autonomously, working through many obstacles along the way.
- Capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing own data analysis as necessary.
- Owns responsibility for organization’s success, thinking and acting beyond immediate team or area of focus.
- Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, operations research, or business analytics field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- 3+ years of experience managing last mile carrier partners in Australia.
