The Manager of Brand & Campaigns leads the brand strategy and marketing campaign strategy for the business across Australia & New Zealand. Working across a suite of brands, this role is responsible for the brand research, brand assets, marketing campaign planning and implementation, analysis and optimisation.
This role is also responsible for maximising creative and design agency, media agency, and payment portal partnerships. The Manager Brand & Campaigns is empowered to foster a culture of continuous improvement across brand and campaigns projects.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead proactive Brand & Campaigns planning and project management
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, across various business units and teams
- Manage team briefings on projects
- Manage workload prioritisation and delivery according to timelines
- Manage the Brand & Campaigns budget and administration of expenses
- Support and guide the Brand & Campaigns stream to ensure they are set up for success
- Drive the end-to-end strategy, planning, development and implementation of paid media campaigns for Thermomix, Kobold and TheMix Shop
- Lead analysis and reporting on campaign performance, optimising media and creative based on learnings
- Lead the management of the incentives calendar and implementation
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices, translating this knowledge to The Mix
- Lead the relationship with the media agency, assisting with contract management and ensuring effective delivery of outputs and return on investment
- Assisting in managing the relationship with the design agency, ensuring effective delivery of outputs
- Lead the relationship with the brand research agency, assisting with contract management and ensuring effective delivery of outputs
- Leverage the Seasonal Editorial Plans to guide campaign content and approach

**Qualifications and experience requirements**:
- Qualifications in Marketing or Communications preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-10 years' experience in marketing
- Integrated marketing experience is a bonus (e.g., a mix of experience across traditional media, digital media, social and influencer experience)
- Proven experience in customer-focused, data-led marketing
- Proven experience in conducting testing, learning and optimisation of social media creative and media approach
- Familiar with Facebook Business Manager and confident using the platform
- Strong project management experience, including managing multiple projects at once
- Proven experience effectively managing external agency relationships (Brand health tracking, advertising and design agencies, media agencies)
- Marketing experience across a diverse range of brands at different stages of development, including start-ups and major established brands is a bonus
- Stakeholder management and communicating with people across an organisation, including at senior levels, to generate ideas and achieve alignment
- Strong leadership experience, team-oriented and passion for mentorship
