As a Junior Brand Manager at Brownes Dairy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products and brands through strategic planning, creative execution, project management and consumer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive brand growth and market share by implementing product and marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our products in the marketplace.

**We’re looking for you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and a passion for brand building, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
