**Position Title Videographer and Digital Content Creator**

**Campus Based at Yirramboi Campus (Keilor), though work will also take place**
**at the Canowindra Campus (Taylors Lakes)**

**Reports To **Head of Community Relations

**Position Summary **The Videographer and Digital Content Creator is responsible for capturing and
producing captivating video content that showcases the vibrant College life to
engage the College community, including staff, families, and students.

This role also involves creating compelling content to attract new families and
a creative flair, exceptional videography and editing skills, and proficiency in
design.

**Role Management and**

The incumbent will establish work performance goals with the Head of Community
Relations within the first school term of appointment to the position. The
incumbent’s performance against these goals will be based on the key
responsibilities, qualities and skills associated with the position. Goals will be
reviewed annually, at a minimum.

- Digital Marketing Agencies
- Creative Agencies

**Key Responsibilities Content creation and videography;**
- Conceptualise, film, and edit videos that highlight various aspects of College

life, events, achievements, and initiatives;
- Capture footage of engaging moments, activities, and performances to

showcase the vibrant College community;
- Edit videos to ensure seamless transitions, captivating storytelling, and high

production quality;
- Utilise design skills to enhance visual appeal and create graphics, motion

graphics, or other visual elements to enhance content;
- Work closely with the Community Relations team to create video content that

effectively attracts, engages and converts prospective families;
- Collaborate with key leaders in the College to plan for and capture video content

by, for example, selecting locations and styles for filming;
- Manage video projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery

of high-quality content.
- Working with the Community Relations team to enhance our social media

presence and strategy
**Stakeholder engagement;**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their content requirements and
- create visually appealing videos that align with the College's branding.- Stay up-to-date with video trends, industry best practices, and emerging
- technologies to continuously improve the quality of the content.- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure videos effectively
- communicate the College's values, achievements, and unique offerings.- Supporting the College Leadership Team with strategic and operational projects

involving digital content.

**Resource Management;**:

- Manage and maintain videography equipment, including cameras, tripods,
- microphones, teleprompters, cables, and other related gear.- Ensure proper storage, organisation, and archiving of video footage and assets

in accordance with established protocols and best practices.

Completing other duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the
position as directed by the Head of Community Relations, College Principal, or
delegates.

**Key Qualities **- Demonstrated expertise in videography, including camera operation, framing,
lighting, and composition.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Adobe

Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Fina
