We’re looking for a creative and driven Paid Ads & Social Media Assistant to help us grow our online presence and maximise the impact of our paid ad campaigns. This is for our own brand, but also for the 40+ client accounts we work with.

**Role Overview**:
As a Paid Ads & Social Media Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing our Facebook Meta ad campaigns, supporting our social media engagement, and helping to maintain our brand’s voice across platforms. If you have a knack for digital marketing and love connecting with online communities, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Facebook Meta Ads**:

- Create, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to boost memberships and subscriptions for our clients
- Have weekly/monthly meetings with our clients to adjust offers and brainstorm new ideas
- Analyse performance and tweak campaigns for better results (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
- **Social Media Engagement**:

- Manage daily engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Respond to comments/messages and create content that aligns with our brand.
- **Branding & Strategy**:

- Help maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Support content creation and contribute ideas for social media and ad campaigns.
- **Reporting & Insights**:

- Track ad performance and social media metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Facebook Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and engagement.
- Creative writing and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools
- Bonus: Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, VEED), Google Paid Ads, Google My Business and Wordpress
- Video Creation / Filming reels for our social media platform

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
