**The role**:

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised coordination of day-to-day warehouse and inventory related activities at the Mt Waverley branch. While the diversity of the role means you will be wearing many different hats, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising warehouse employees
- Implementing OH&S requirements and systems
- Maintaining stocktake and inventory integrity with high standards of reporting
- Lead by example in daily warehousing operations including loading and unloading goods and picking orders
- Seeking and implementing improvements
- Building strong relationships with all suppliers to ensure optimum service levels are maintained

To be successful in this role:
- Min 3 years’ experience in a warehouse operations role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A hands on collaborative leadership style who leads by example
- Current forklift licence essential
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills and strong technical competence with inventory management software.
