Marketing Manager
to drive the day-to-day marketing across a growing portfolio of
three FMCG food brands; Spiral Foods, Riverina Grove and Casalare
.

Reporting directly to the
Marketing Director
, this is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for leading a small design team, executing campaigns, and managing key partnerships and events. You'll be central to maintaining and growing the presence of each brand in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the marketing function across four unique FMCG food brands.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to implement marketing strategies that support business objectives and brand growth.
  • Lead a small design team, with a focus on deliverables and timelines.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, content, and trade channels.
  • Plan and coordinate existing brand activations, events, and strategic partnerships – from briefing and logistics through to execution and post-analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, admin, purchasing) and external partners (agencies, suppliers, media) to ensure brand consistency and impact.
  • Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring ROI is tracked and reported.
  • Regularly analyse campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to inform future activity.

About You

  • Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within the FMCG or food/beverage sector.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing a small design team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once, ensuring both strategy and execution are achieved.
  • Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident across digital marketing platforms, content strategy, and campaign reporting.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for food and consumer brands.
  • Must be able to travel Australia wide as part of your job.
