**About Us**

Based in Truganina, this distribution business is an importer and wholesaler of construction machinery around Australia is currently looking for a Team Leader to take ownership of the warehouse.

Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you will be involved in a hands-on role to train, mentor and ensure that all deadlines and warehouse expectations are met, with the drive to increase efficiency and value for the warehouse.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, mentor staff and liaise with the office and warehouse
- Set KPI’s and support team where necessary to achieve targets
- Coordinate day to day activities of the assigned areas of operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy and report any damage or discrepancies
- Implement and streamline processes and procedures
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A Leading Hand, Team Leader, or Supervisor
- Exposure within a warehouse or distribution operation
- Minimum 1 year Forklift licence
- WMS system and supply chain knowledge
- Attention to detail and focused on achieving outcomes
