**About you**:

- Highly skilled in customer service with effective time-management skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about providing gold standard customer service to clients.
- Client-focused with a professional and warm approach to clients and their pets.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Ability to show empathy and compassion towards both clients and their pets.
- Experience or exposure in the veterinary industry is desirable but not essential if you have transferable skills
- training will be provided.
- Prior receptionist-related and administrative experience is important.
- Being computer illiterate, i.e., understanding Word/Excel/Outlook, and PIMS Rxworks, is beneficial.
- Excellent and polite phone manner
- Ability to work efficiently both as part of a team and independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering client calls and enquiries
- Scheduling appointment bookings
- Welcoming and checking in clients for their appointments & patient admissions to hospital.
- Organising surgery bookings documentation.
- Communicating with and working alongside Veterinarians and Veterinary Nursing staff.
- Assisting with stock management.
- General administrative tasks.
- Providing clients with parasiticide & dietary product advice and basic triage questions over the phone (as per veterinary staff advice & training).
