Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented veterinary receptionists to support our team and ensure our clients and their pets receive outstanding care from the moment they walk in.

**About the role**
- Part-time position - 10 hours a week
- Full-time position - 38 hours a week
- Both positions include working 1 in 2 Saturdays
- Triaging patients (which you will be trained on in induction)
- Providing general advice on vaccine schedules, food and parasite prevention

**What attributes are we seeking?**
- Previous experience working in a busy receptionist role
- Minimum Cert II or III Animal Care Qualified preferred
- A good knowledge and understanding of animals
- A motivated and driven person
- Ability to multi-task under pressure with a calm, compassionate demeanour
- Confident with scheduling systems and basic account management
- Organised and has high attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a varying workload and able to prioritise work tasks effectively
- Accountable and reliable
- Works well within a team with great communication skills
- Great customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients easily
