Office Furniture Assembler and Installer

Preston, Australia Office Plan Interiors Full time

Our Company based in Preston Melbourne is looking for an assembler, good with hand tools with either a apprenticeship or some experience in joinery, cabinet maker, carpentry, or trades well versed with assembling to immediately join our office fit out team.
- Assemble flat pack office furniture onsite and in factory
- Assemble workstations, chairs, reception counters, partitions, basic joinery and other storage units.
- Assist with very basic customisation of office furniture to suit customer requirements
- Frequent Heavy lifting involved
- Will work in Teams on install jobs
- Picking of Daily Orders
- Share driving duties of truck, and van as required
- Delivery of Orders and Picking up from Suppliers
- Ability to drive manual preferred

Previous Assembly Work experience preferred and/or Joinery, Cabinet making, Carpentry, Woodwork, and will be looked at immediately. Apprentices are also welcomed as full training will be provided.
Friendly and Easy Going Working Environment, with alternating Roster and above Award Rates.
This is a full time position with guaranteed 40-45 hrs per week.
- Immediate start
- Hourly rate with overtime based to match relevant experience.
- 4 weeks paid annual leave per year (pro rata from start date)
- 10 days personal leave per year (pro rata from start date)
- Guaranteed Job Security with indefinite ongoing work

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
